This year's conventions

We've pretty much booked all the conventions we're doing this year, so here's the list of where you'll find us:

The Original Portsmouth Tattoo Convention - 27/28 July ~ Farrell and Joaquin
Norwich Body Arts Festival - 17/18 August ~ Farrell and Joaquin
Galway Tattoo Show - 21/22 September ~ Farrell
Tattoo Jam (Doncaster) - 11/13 October ~ Farrell
East Coast Expo (Clacton-on-sea) - 16/17 November ~ Farrell and Joaquin

We're really looking forward to these, and if you'd like work done at any of these shows then email Farrell or Joaquin

In the studio the past couple weeks we've been busy and this is some of what we've done

And a few from Joe

Unfortunately this year's State of the Art convention has been cancelled, so we're going to be looking at a few other ones and hopefully make it to one later in the year. It's a shame we won't get to see some of the friends we made at Derby again this year, but maybe next year we'll make it.
Here are a few of the things that have been keeping me busy, had a lot of great tattoos and customers in the past couple weeks, and have a lot booked in for next week as well.

I love doing really heavy black designs, especially roses

Finished off this sleeve last weekend (I didn't tattoo the writing of black and grey flowers next to it)

Ian still managed to come in after breaking his ankle, we couldn't work on his leg so he got this cool little heart instead

I've been dying to do this design as soon as I drew it up, and Lee sat through the pain to get it done

What Andy's been up to

Here are a few pieces on customers that Andy's been working on.

Lots of black and grey religious tattoos, starting with a little cherub

Piece of Boog flash

Knocked this out in one sitting

Really nice delicate flowers on the shoulder

Nice sexy angel that Andy custom designed

Done from a piece of Farrell's flash

Sun and moon design

Custom swallows and scroll

Sweet pair of realistic headphones

Boog Angel to fit in with some existing work on a sleeve Andy's already started

Custom cherry blossom tree design on Denise

Black and grey lion

The koi piece we posted up last time was finished off and looks great

Hello March

Just a few things to show, I'm gonna get some photos off of Andy to put up soon as well.

Farrell

We managed to add onto NeeNee's leg piece last month with a sweet lotus and anothing koi. Tough guy sat for 5 hours on this one

Re-drew a bit of flash for Valentines day and just added my own twist to it

Put this on my brother last week, my first hot air balloon I've done, would be fun to do more uncommon/weird designs

Mark decided to get a rose right on top of his elbow, not too much to do now to finish off his sleeve

Finished Paul's koi half sleeve and added a little bit of purple to high light the waves

Teagan got this Gypsy head for her mum, just used sepia tones and a deep red, really like the finished result with the limited colours

Stacey started this over a year ago so it was good to finally finish it! Hopefully we'll put up a healed photo sometime, as the flesh colour always looks really pink when it's fresh

Goodbye until November!

I'm going to be off on Tuesday until 10th November (but Jo and Eva will still be here), so before I leave, here's some things we've been tattooing recently.
Also, I'd like to thank everyone who got a RNLI tattoo, we managed to raise £100 for the charity and bang out a few nifty tattoos, so thanks for getting them done!

Joe

Finished Mauro's other half Sleeve, (he has this dragon koi on his right arm), well, it's almost finished, we still have the inside to do but it's good to get the dragon completed!

Had lots of fun tattooing this on Adrian, we're almost finished with this sleeve as well and should hopefully get it done on Monday.

Always good to tattoo a skull!

Hayden's first tattoo was definitely a brave start! Nice to do something a little different to what I usually do.
